But I'd also like to point out that if you don't take the time to finish hammering out the bugs and polishing this game up a little bit, you will be giving players and customers a good reason not to support any new games you end up making.Hero Siege is a Hack 'n' Slash game with roguelike- & RPG elements. I understand that programming and debugging are difficult tasks, and dealing with customers ranting on forums can be draining and you'd like to go work on a new project. I hope this information was helpful, I've been enjoying the game so far and I'd like to be able to continue doing that. I tried removing my save files to see if it was something in there causing the lag, because I was having other problems as well (Item stats not working causing death even when unequipping). If I take the portal to Act 1, the whole map lags to the point of frustration and thats around the point where I quit the game. If I break open some crates and pick up a potion I get the lag until I drink the potion. Each time a lightning bolt strikes down by the portal to the Void it begins to lag until the lightning bolt goes away. But when I walk over to a portal the frame rate drops to a crawl, when I walk to the west side of the village, I get the same but it goes away once I walk back to the middle. The game seems fine at first, I can select a character in singleplayer and start the game up and walk around in the village a little bit. This lag is of a completely different nature. Sure the game lagged a bit when I spammed 10 waves in a row, but it was only a mild lag that I could play through and it would clear up when the monsters died.Įnter OSX 10.9, Wrath of Mevius DLC, and patch 1.5. It ran Hero Siege fine, though I think the last patch of Hero Siege I played before upgrading and buying the DLC was 1.4.3.4. I was running OSX 10.6.8 for as long as I could until Steam stopped supporting it about a week ago. I seem to be having the super lag as well, so I'll say what I can about it and give my specs. (also please bring back gambling, loved burning my crystals on it) Would be nice for the game to be able to run properly at 60 FPS but i love it enough to just accept it since at the end of the day, we are all only human and nothing is perfect. Temps are staying at a safe 35-40 degrees C. This info was gathered using MSI afterburner. the game is only using 31% of my g cards total power and only 1 cpu core topping 100% usage with most hovering around 40-50% usage in total (unlike warhammer end times: vermintide which uses up almost 100% of everything and still maintains 58-60 fps 100% of the time). Pretty sure it has something to do with the game itself and not anyones system. Monitor: ASUS VG248QE 24" Full HD 1920x1080 TN 144Hz 1ms DisplayPort HDMI DVI-D Ergonomic Back-lit LED Gaming Monitor game cant stay at more then 50 fps and drops down to 30 when alot of mobs are on screen.
